fhflame.gr (hereinafter referred to as \"the company\") undertakes to comply with the policy of protection of the rights and freedoms of individuals with regard to the processing of their personal data, in accordance with General Regulation 679\/2016.<\/p>\n

Our company, in the context of its activities and transactions, holds personal information of individuals, such as employees, partners, customers, etc. This data must be processed only in accordance with the policy and conditions applied by the company , which defines the purposes for which it holds and processes personal data. Any breach of the policy may result in our company, as the data controller, being legally liable for the consequences of the breach. This liability may also extend to the person processing the data and the head of department in certain circumstances.<\/p>\n

This policy applies regardless of where the data is stored and, as far as automatic data processing is concerned, the ownership of the equipment used, if the processing is carried out for the purposes of the company.<\/p>\n
